Shame there is no 0 star. Could not get worse. Info tags have wrong energy rating on them. Items all have wrong prices. Then go to collect the purchase at the loading dock and no one comes. Shop elsewhere.

If you want great service, go somewhere else! If I could, I would give 0 stars.Bought a coffee machine here, the milk frothing nozzle broke. Brought the machine back in, was promised a prompt turnaround and if it takes longer that 3 weeks they will give us a free loan machine.I contacted them after 5 Weeks. The machine was still there nobody looked at it nor anybody thought it would be nice to inform the customer.After several calls (took more than 25min to get through) and emails (took +1 week to get an answer). They told me they don’t do loan machines and I should contact their service center.We’re now at week 7 still no message or anything on the progress.Not sure where their name comes from but certainly not from good service or caring employees.

Do one recommend the good guys to anyone, we bought a dishwasher online , go a confirmation that it's ready to be picked up, went down to pick it up and it was GONE, for some unknown reason the guys in the warehouse could not find it, i thought that it might just be the fact that it's a repack and they just didn't look properly. The warehouse staff said they looked everywhere but i'm pretty sure they didn't even made an afford to look for it because he was standing there looking at me for 45min. They ended us sending me back to the store where the lady tried explain to the warehouse staff where to locate it but without any luck, i was then offered a refund or the option to purchase something else but that meant i have to spend more money and they didn't even have stock in the ones they tried to sell me. So we had to wait 4 days for a refund. I will not longer support the good guys due to the bad service. the same thing happened in the Joondalup store they tried to sell us display stock that was already sold to someone else. Something need to be done in regard to your stock allocations and how do you send out a confirmation that an order is ready to be picked up without checking to see if the stock is even there.

Just got off the phone with one of the female staff. Incredibly unprofessional. Could be heard swearing to her coworkers in the back grounded then provided me with wrong information finally correcting herself and then giving me more wrong information before giving me another number to call

We Purchased an LG fridge today - the deal offered included a 5 year warranty gold standard extra (GSE) whichcost $300 by staff member name (J). However, in the invoice we noticed that the 5 warranty was not included!We contacted the store (sales person & manager name (C) and there was clearly miscommunication between what the manager approved and what the sales person offered and instead of trying to fix the issue and honour the deal, we’re offered a refund instead! (Fair but not a good strategy to retain your customers)

Even though the salesperson was super busy tending to other customers ahead of me, it was worth the wait. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and budget friendly. The store was having a sale and didn't have one of the things I ordered in stock so they put it on hold for me at a nearby store. The process was simple and easy.

I needed the service desk this morning and had Grace serve me. She couldn't have been more helpful, all the while being professional and friendly. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the best outcome. I Left the store happy with my issue sorted. Thank you Grace and The Good Guys.

Did our white goods shopping today. We went to a few stores and The Good Guys stood out the most. Online they were the most expensive but in the end, with all the discount that Graeme gave us, they ended up being the cheapest. He is the best sales rep and will not do hard selling. He took his time to help us find everything we need. A real good guy indeed!!
