Washer & dryer store

Very poor customer service. Don't pay up front! You won't be notified when your gear arrives, worse they'll tell you they will look and take off without letting other staff know what you want. When you complain you will literally be laughed out of the store. Laughing at customers? Disgusting and not very bright. Definitely shopping elsewhere from now on!

I drove up from Perth yesterday to install some new antivirus on my fathers computer, he wanted me to support local and buy it at Northam. The cheapest they had was Trend Micro at $49 for 1 device. I purchased it and installed on my fathers computer.Im back in Perth and happened to be in Office Works and noticed they had exactly the same product but for 3 devices for $28. With such a huge difference in price my father today rang up to enquire if the price was correct. He spoke to a Jody who afetr he explained the above became verry rude and hung up the phone on him, my father rang straight back and told Jody that its not nice to hang up on people and that she was verry rude. To that end he said she was the type of person who wouldn't let you get a word in edgewise and after he told her that he was going to put this on Google review she implied she couldn't care less!So much for supporting local. We have a reciept to show and anyone can go on Office Works website and check for yourself ther price !

Always clean... 4 dryers usually takes $4 to dry an 8kg load 20 min.Washing machines and driers have tap and go pay as well as coins.It is a real asset in winterAlso has heavy duty washing machines.

Just bought a washer and dryer from Goodguys Butler great service from Fatmata not pushy very friendly as was the checkout person. It was ready to pick up as we requested and brought out by Callu friendly and professional great service

Really great place to get your electrics and homewares. The team is really friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Kat and Andy - both so knowledgeable and exceptional at what they do.

Easy to find what we want Kerry O (Sales person) very helpful, and professional. Easy place if you want to just get your item and go. without the fuzz of having to search and walk around like headless chicken not knowing where to see or check items.

I bought a display product, then I found the same product brand new and inbox in another retailer 15% cheaper than the display productAsked for match price to consider my item as display the salesperson did not accept, then I asked for 120% of the difference as the shop has announced in website, he denied by bringing nonsense reasons and quiet aggressive behaviourI don't recommend Goodguys unless they reply me here with reasonable explanationAnd I don't recommend Malaga branch due to poor behaviour and being aggressive to customer.I am a regular customer of Goodguys and JBHIFI, but never come back until I get a reply here.

Excellent service!I run my own appliance repair/service company in Melbourne and have had some trouble getting Maytag parts from other suppliers,I called these guys regarding a pulley that apparently wasn’t available these guys had hundreds in stock and they were on special $12 and arrived next day!I tried 3 other Maytag service agent componies before Dependable and they all told me the pulley comes complete with motor costing $700+ Clearly they know there stuff

Unfortunately after years and years of me going shopping for appliances at Good Guys I decided not to go there anymore cause one rotten egg ruined all others ! I had awful experience with installation of My new dishwasher last week it started fine and it was delivered the following day but after we arrange & set date for the installation but I end up waiting for days for someone to come and get installed I also paid $150 for the installation in the Butler store , they sent me the worst unskilled rude person who instead of installing dishwasher by ruined my plumbing pipes and switch valve and left my house so I had to call my plumber to fix damage and to reinstall a dishwasher and paid additional $200 on top of $150 !! A Good Guys person called himself Beckham" aka David Beckham had fake name and probably everything else was fake too but sales manager in store called Daniel was even worst he was ignorent useless and wasn't unwilling to get involved it this dispute or to help me
